The ceramic industry is always in search of optimization of production processes and materials.

We propose a series of solutions that are used to thin the suspension of clay in water, then used to produce ceramic forms for applications such as production of sanitary ware and tiles.
It is important to keep the fluid mixture of clay and at the same time reduce the water content, which is then removed in the process of atomization.
To obtain this, a small amount of solution containing sodium silicate are added to this process and acts as a viscosity reducer.
